No need to be held hostage by the marina, this boat comes on a tandem, surge braked, galvanized, extending (for launch) tongue, trailer. Put it in, take it out when you want. No launching fees, and store it where you want during winter. This boat has always been stored indoors during winter. Trailer has built in mast stepping system that two people can easily manage. Replacement cost of trailer alone is about $6,000.
850lbs of lead ballast makes this shoal keeled boat perform like a full kleeled boat. Integrated centreboard, using a simple cockpit line, takes it from a 2' draft (great for getting into gunk hole spots) to 5'6", and unlike other retractible centreboard boats does not intrude into the cabin at all.
This boat has been obsessively maintained by its cuurent owners, only the second. Being sold as the owners are moving up, and sailing away.
